Sounds Like basically Sunstein believes in deception and manipulation and trickery to get people to choose correctly. Making it more expensive for people to exercise Freedom of Choice as opposed to just using the police to beat them and imprison them for making the wrong choice.

This video offers a really simplistic distortion of Sunstein’s views regarding conspiracy theories. First off, he doesn’t think that we should never believe that people conspire — of COURSE they do! I don’t have room to explain all his views, but consider this question: what’s the problem with the hardcore conspiracy THEORISTS? One answer: no possible evidence could convince them they’re wrong.
